Do you, and no pun intended, focus only on the indigent or homeless? You've a nice eye and in some respects your work reminds me of W. Eugene Smith.
Just so you know, I've a home on West 9th Street between 5th and 6th and was born and raised there, yes, at that coop. I've son who just bought place in Brooklyn.
In a couple of years, my wife and I will return to NYC permanently, rather than just "commuting."
That's my current background and plan. Keep your eye focused and your right high high.
